Failing to get an interactive coding session

Resolved

Users were unable to get an interactive coding session for ~40 minutes. Afterwards order was restored and work on a bug fix began. 2 hours later, the bug happened again without triggering our monitoring. We restored normal behavior once more, have better monitoring in place and will deploy a fix for the root cause soon.
